DESIGN NOTES & GUIDANCE
QUESTIONS,
ANSWERED
Thoughtful answers to the questions we hear most often, from seating dimensions and materials to everyday care.
01 How can I check that this chair will fit my space?
Compare the width, depth and seat height shown in the Dimensions tab with your available space and table height. You can also consult Drawing for the technical illustration. Allow comfortable clearance around the chair.
02 What materials are used in this piece?
Materials vary by design and may include upholstered fabrics, faux leather, wood or metal. Open the Features tab for the materials and construction details listed for this exact product.
03 Are SITAVELA seating products sold individually or in sets?
Set quantities differ by product and selected variant. Check the available Set or Quantity option on the product page to confirm how many chairs or stools are included before adding them to your cart.
04 Is assembly required?
Assembly requirements vary between models. Please review the details in Features to see whether assembly is required for your selected design. If you need clarification before purchasing, our support team can help.
05 How should I clean and care for the upholstery?
Care depends on the upholstery and frame. Remove dust gently using a soft cloth or upholstery brush; for suitable surfaces, spot-clean with a lightly damp cloth after testing a discreet area. Avoid harsh chemicals and prolonged moisture, and follow any care instructions supplied with the product.
06 Can I order SITAVELA seating for a design or hospitality project?
We welcome inquiries from interior designers, hospitality professionals and other project buyers. Explore our Trade Program for project support and contact us to discuss quantities, specifications and whether a particular design is suitable for the intended use.
